Why buy from Hyperion Medical?
The company that quotes your device is the same one that delivers it, calibrates it, trains the people who will run it, and picks up the phone afterwards.
Nobody in the middle
Most capital equipment reaches a practice through a chain: manufacturer, distributor, sometimes a sub-dealer, then you. Hyperion Medical runs the whole chain itself.
What it does to the quote
Because there is no distributor margin, we can put the whole cost on one sheet: device, consumables, training and service, each priced separately. You can see what you are paying for and question any line before you sign.
What it does to accountability
When the seller, the installer and the service department are one company, responsibility is clear. If something is wrong, the company that sold you the device is the company that fixes it.
Working before we leave
Every system is installed and calibrated by Hyperion Medical staff.
Installation
We unpack, position and calibrate the system in your treatment room. For a Class IV device, the site questions that come with it depend on your building, and they are worked through as part of the process.
Training
The people who will operate the equipment are trained on it, hands on, before the first patient is booked. Protocol documents come with the order, and questions afterwards go to the same trainers.
You call us.
Buying direct means the number on the box is the number that answers.
When something breaks
You call the company that sold and installed the machine. The person who answers can see your configuration, your history and your consumable account, because all of it lives in one place.
When something runs out
Tips, optics, patches and accessories reorder through the same account as the equipment. One relationship covers the whole cabinet.
The line is open Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 5:00 Central, on (877) 275-8760.
Built by a maker we know from the inside
Selene is manufactured by Focus Medical of Bethel, Connecticut, an original equipment manufacturer that has been building aesthetic laser platforms for thirty years, with all critical parts made in the USA.
Hyperion Medical's relationship with Focus runs deeper than a supply agreement: Scott Day, CEO of Hyperion Medical, sits on the Focus Medical board, so the company selling you the device has a seat where it is designed and built.
The people you will be dealing with
The people behind the company that sells, installs and supports your equipment.
